We’ve been researching how to make proper wraps by visiting other purveyors and seeing what works (or not). Most wraps can be dry, flavorless and in desperate need of some acid and moisture without causing the tortilla to become a soggy, lifeless mess. We visited our fellow sandwich & wrap brethren and learned a lot – the fails actually taught us more than the wins! We avoided the flavorless wrap trap and neatly solved this problem by making sure the ingredients were bursting with flavor (Chipotle honey mayo, smoked cheddar, grilled chicken). We then focused on keeping the wrap fresh by taking special care to drizzle the dressing inside along the chicken and greens (with only a small drizzle to seal the tortilla itself).
