Thinly sliced turkey, Emmanthaler Swiss, a dab of mayo, Dijon, crispy Kosher dills and green leaf lettuce make this a delicious classic.  A very good time indeed.

2. Dad's Roast Beef on Wheat with Sweet Pickles & Chips
It's official: we're roasting our own eye of round with coarse kosher salt and it's so good it barely needs anything: this one is on D'Angelo's whole wheat with a dab of mayo, Tillamook cheddar, sliced sweet pickles & cracked pepper with green leaf lettuce.  D'lish.

3.  Toasted Pecan & Currant Chicken Salad on Wheat with Chips
Staff favorite: Tender poached chicken breast is paired with toasted pecans, chopped celery and sweet dried currants - all tossed in our special honey-mayo-Dijon dressing.  On D'Angelo's whole wheat with green leaf lettuce or have it over greens as its own salad.  Special.

4.  Big Sur Albacore Tuna with on Sourdough with Chips          
Top grade white albacore tuna is tossed with chopped capers and tangy marinated artichoke hearts in a very special sour cream & mayo dressing.  We put it on D'Angelo's fresh sourdough with green leaf lettuce or have it over greens as its own lettuce.  So yummy!

5.   MJ's Italian on Ciabatta with Chips
Dry imported Italian salami, thinly sliced ham, creamy crumbled French feta, pepperoncinis, italian dressing & green leaf lettuce on Ciabatta with a dab of mayo, salt & pepper.  D'lish. 

6.  The LB Happy Camper Nicoise
Sure, just pretend you're in the south of France or a Greek beach: creamy white beans, pan roasted French green beans, a nice little scoop of our tangy Big Sur Albacore Tuna Salad, a few Nicois olives (with pits!)  for double-tang, over our house greens with a bit of sherry shallot vinaigrette on the side.

7.  The Lunchbox House Salad with Grilled Chicken
Home Sweet Home:  Salt & Pepper Grilled Chicken, creamy French feta, chopped almonds, dried Michigan cherries and our honey-balsamic vinaigrette over green leaf & romaine greens.
