A great albacore tuna sandwich at lunch when you’re starving hits the spot like nothing else can. Maybe it’s the sheer amount of protein or the savory comfort-food aspect of it all, but it is just profoundly satisfying. One of my personal favorites is my Dad’s recipe. It’s nothing crazy – he just always diced a lot of celery and Vlasic Sweet Baby Gherkins into it along with a dollop of mayo, Dijon mustard, a dash of honey and maybe some salt and pepper.
