1. Roma Cheddar Turkey on D’Angelo’s Multigrain
D’Angelo’s fresh multigrain bread is utterly amazing; it doesn’t need much to make the perfect simple turkey sandwich. Juicy ripe Romas, sharp cheddar, cracked black pepper, wild baby arugula and a drizzle of my sherry vinaigrette make it even better.
2. The Lunchbox Italian on Ciabatta
Thinly sliced ham & salami with crumbled French feta, a dab of mayo, zingy pepperoncinis & Spring greens on fresh baked Ciabatta; absolutely delicious. Some companies request an enormous percentage of these sandwiches! Seriously.
3. Pesto Dijon Chicken on D’Angelo’s Sourdough or Wheat
Fresh roasted chicken breast is sliced and layered on D’Angelo’s fresh sourdough or whole wheat with pesto, honey Dijon, crumbled French feta & greens.
4. Warm Pulled BBQ Pork Rolls (Require two days of notice!)
These are new and it takes some notice but what a hit! Simple torta rolls filled with freshly pulled pork and our own Carolina style cider based bbq sauce. A little Monterey Jack, wrapped in foil and ready to go – yum.
5. Lunchbox Veggie on Multigrain
We do one with hummus/pesto/feta/roasted red peppers/artichoke hearts/greens.
And we do another with avocados/boursin/Romas!
6. Lunchbox House Salad
The salad that everybody craves! Crisp romaine & fresh greens pairs up beautifully with crumbled French feta, chopped almonds and dried Michigan cherries. Served with our homemade honey balsamic vinaigrette; absolutely delicious! A must-have side for any lunch meeting.
7. Riviera Arugula Farro Salad
This salad makes a huge impression! Wild baby arugula, farro dressed in sherry vinaigrette, creamy white beans & Parmesan with our homemade sherry shallot sugar vinaigrette make this a wonderful change from anything you’ve had before. Farro is a whole grain that is similar to size in brown rice only nuttier, heartier and more flavorful. A treat!
