A great albacore tuna sandwich at lunch when you're starving hits the spot like nothing else can. Maybe it's the sheer amount of protein or the savory comfort-food aspect of it all, but it is just profoundly satisfying. One of my personal favorites is my Dad's recipe. It's nothing crazy - he just always diced a lot of celery and Vlasic Sweet Baby Gherkins into it along with a dollop of mayo, Dijon mustard, a dash of honey and maybe some salt and pepper. We put ours on D'Angelo's Whole Wheat to add extra goodness and crisp green leaf lettuce for crunch. So delish. You can check it out on our Menu Page along with other albacore tuna yums.
