It's winter, it's chilly outside, and your craving some comfort food. Why not try mom's classic recipe with a twist? I found this Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf recipe from Tablespoon and cannot look at meatloaf the same. I am in love and had to try it myself. The result was a melt-in-the-mouth flavor explosion, but with every bit as nostalgic as before.
The images below are from Tablespoon, but to put my own twist on this recipe, I individually wrapped single servings of meatloaf in bacon. Although slightly more messy, the result was a crispy bacon bits in every single bite. Served with the classics - mash potatoes and green beans - I was prepped for the winter ahead.
