One of the things we enjoy most at Lunchbox is garnishing our sandwiches with a little cornichon love. How fun are these adorable cornichons just waiting for their moment atop a simple roast beef on French Seigle rye from our local bakery, D'Angelo's, where we pick up our bread fresh each and every morning. It's the little things that often matter a lot. I think pickles illustrate this point perfectly.
